When do I need this template?
Employers in Hong Kong have the obligation to contribute 5% of the employee’s monthly cash income to a registered MPF scheme. When enrolling the company with an MPF provider, the MPF provider may require the company to provide a written and signed board resolution for the MPF Scheme.
