FSI: Building Capacity for Ethnically Diverse Entrepreneurs

From years of working with entrepreneurs in Hong Kong and helping them become community leaders, we at Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI) know that ethnic minorities are a vital source of talent, but support for the community is limited in scope.

We want to fill the gap.

We want to build capacity for and increase the representation of ethnically diverse entrepreneurs.

We are cognizant that we can’t do it alone. That is why, with the funding support of The Hong Kong Club Foundation, we are collaborating with top educators and talents at The University of Hong Kong, experienced marketing consultants from venture capital firms, professionals from Goldman Sachs, experienced personal and career coaches, mental health consultants and more.

And we are building a community of ethnically diverse entrepreneurs, where mentors and mentees can share the challenges they face, solutions, and wisdom.

We call it the FSI Mentorship Programme for Ethnically Diverse Entrepreneurs in Hong Kong.

Suppose you have over two years of entrepreneurial experience with a minimum viable product. Should you become a mentor or a mentee?

That depends on what you would like to gain from this experience. If you would like to learn leadership and mentoring skills, and elevate your professional profile as a leader in the community, you can choose to become a mentor.

If, however, you would like to receive coaching from certified personal and career coaches, customized business consultation from FSI, and mentorship from FSI-trained mentors, then register to become a mentee.

If you missed our info session on the programme, learn more about it on our website or info deck.

Are you interested in becoming a mentor? Register here by noon, 25 July 2022. Registration for mentees starts on 25 July 2022, but feel free to get in touch with us to indicate your interest!
